1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

1111bk may at any time request documentary proof of age, identity, address, or source of funds. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until the verification is completed.
If 1111bk has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately. Any deposits made to the account during the period under review will be held pending the outcome of the investigation. If the player is confirmed to be underage, all deposits will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible, and no winnings will be paid out.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Rule

In such cases, 1111bk reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and withhold any funds under investigation for abuse.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. 1111bk will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. 3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit on deposits, however 1111bk reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money-laundering procedures. 1111bk does not charge any fee on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside 1111bk's control and are the player's sole responsibility. bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your 1111bk account balance within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit to the same account, or to an account that has been verified under the KYC process as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts registered to a different name are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified accounts are processed within the timelines published in the player's account dashboard. 4.3 Bonus Funds and Withdrawal Eligibility

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. The following general provisions apply to all bonuses and promotions on the 1111bk Platform unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
5.1 Eligibility
Promotional offers are available to players who hold a verified account in good standing and who have not previously breached these Terms. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds that have not been wagered before the expiry date will be removed from the player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
5.5 Seasonal Promotions

6.4 Card Game Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1111bk Platform. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive — 1111bk reserves the right to take action against any conduct that it reasonably considers harmful to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of its games and services:
- Registering more than one account, or providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
- Allowing any third party to access or operate your account, or accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or meet wagering requirements.

8. Account Suspension and Closure
1111bk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform, other players, or third parties.
8.1 Player-Initiated Closure
You may close your 1111bk account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any active bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Once an account is closed, access to historical transaction records will be available upon request for a period of up to 12 months from the closure date.
8.2 1111bk-Initiated Suspension
Where 1111bk suspends an account pending investigation, any balance held in the account at the time of suspension will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. 1111bk will endeavour to complete investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to the player via their registered contact details. Where an account is permanently closed following an investigation that identifies a breach of these Terms, 1111bk reserves the right to withhold balances as restitution for losses caused by the breach, subject to applicable law.
8.3 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1111bk's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 1111bk account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
1111bk shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if 1111bk has been advised of the possibility of such losses:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
- Loss of business or business opportunity;
- Loss of goodwill or reputation;
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
- Losses arising from interruption of service due to maintenance, technical failure, or events outside 1111bk's reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunications failures).
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 1111bk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1111bk makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and browser meet the technical requirements for accessing the Platform and for maintaining appropriate security software on your device.
10. Amendments to These Terms
1111bk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the Platform's features or payment methods, corrections to errors or ambiguities in the existing Terms, or changes to 1111bk's operational policies.
Where a material change is made to these Terms, 1111bk will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. Where a change is required by law or for urgent security reasons, it may take effect immediately without prior notice.
The current version of these Terms, with the effective date clearly marked, is always available at https://1111bk.vip/terms-conditions. By continuing to use the Platform after the effective date of any revision, you accept the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 8.1 above.
